Thiha Aung Khaing - Founder

Thiha Aung Khaing is the Founder of Lex Myanmar Partners Law Firm, a Myanmar-based law firm providing legal advisory and transactional services to both local and international clients. He focuses his practice on corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, telecommunications, infrastructure projects, labor-related matters, and cross-border business transactions.

Thiha regularly advises companies on business establishment, corporate structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, and regulatory approvals in Myanmar. He has experience assisting clients across various sectors including telecommunications, medical supply and pharmaceutical distribution, construction and infrastructure, as well as international labor services.

In addition to corporate advisory work, Thiha assists clients with joint venture arrangements, investment projects, and risk management strategies to ensure compliance with Myanmar’s legal and regulatory framework. His approach focuses on providing practical and business-oriented legal solutions tailored to the needs of companies operating in Myanmar.

His professional background combines legal knowledge with business management expertise, allowing him to support clients in navigating complex commercial environments and regulatory requirements.

Myint Ko Ko has worked with companies involved in trading, logistics, telecommunications, infrastructure, and international business operations. He regularly assists clients with corporate planning, operational strategy, and compliance matters to help businesses operate efficiently within Myanmar’s legal framework.
